Chelsey Rae loves her hometown of Austin, Texas, for many reasons – its energy, people, beauty, but mostly, its pet friendly atmosphere. Austinites love their pets, and Chelsey Rae loves animals. Her passion for the furry and four-legged led her to pursue a career in pet care. In 2008, she teamed with her sister to form Katie Mae and Chelsey Rae Pet Care.

In 2019 Chelsey found the perfect home to expand the business in Bastrop, Texas. Being a pet sitter allows her to play with dogs all morning, which she considers the best way to start any day. Her desire to care and help others doesn’t stop with animals; as a yogi’- she has decided to devote herself to healing by becoming certified as a personal yoga therapist. Never one to ever sit still too long, even in her down time Chelsey Rae enjoys an active lifestyle - swimming, farming and dancing. But the thing that makes her happiest is the opportunity to meet new pets like yours!
